Loughborough-China Programme
Students from certain Chinese universities may come to Loughborough to study for two years. The first year of the programme replaces the final year of study in your Chinese Universisity and leads to the award of a Degree from your Chines University. The second year of study is an MSc course in the School of Mathematics working towards obtaining an MSc from Loughborough University.
A personal tutor is assigned to each student to provide help and guidance throughout their entire studies.
Note there is a forum called "Loughborough-China Program" set up here where you can find out more about this course from former students. This programme started in 2007. After studying on this programme, some students continued to do a Ph.D in Loughborough or other universities, such as Warwick University. Most students however, went back to China and worked in some financial companies, such as banks, hedge fund, future company, etc.
