A degree programme in mathematics is an excellent general academic qualification leading to a variety of careers in business and commerce as well as in research, industry and education. This is reflected in our main Mathematics programme which comprehensively covers a wide range of topics. All of our programmes, including those in conjunction with the School of Business and Economics, the School of Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences, the Department of Computer Science and the Department of Physics, are organised within a flexible modular structure that allows a smooth transition from school level mathematics.
